I really enjoyed blending this wine. It wasn’t easy to find a synergy. The result is very interesting, with a glinting golden colour and toasty aromas, underpinned by well-defined aromas of white flowers and peaches. Full-bodied and fleshy on the palate, ending on a refreshing finish whose acidity helps preserve the wine’s vigour and intensity. Michel Rolland
